Weekday mornings Roy Prescott provides a complete and well rounded mix of music and information about what's happening in and beyond the Valley. Depending on the season, you'll hear the latest snow conditions for skiing, riding or cross country, with avalanche bulletins for back country skiers and climbers, or summer river reports for paddling enthusiasts. The weather is a major factor in everyone's day,and they include plenty of weather information every morning. A "15 Minute Weather Guarantee" assures updated weather at least every fifteen minutes. At 7:45 AM we broadcast the landmark "Morning Weather Show". The Morning Weather Show starts with the local forecast and famed "Rating Of The Day" presented by local National Weather Service Observer (also golf enthusiast and avid birder) Briggs Bunker. We then continue with the latest conditions reported live from the summit of Mt. Washington. Local announcements are presented on "Talk of the Towns" each morning at 8:15 AM. Looking for news? Associated Press world news airs at the top of each hour, followed by Local & Regional news. Add a newscast at half past each hour with local news, world news and sports and you'll find out why the Mount Washington Valley wakes up to the Morning Show on 93.5 FM.

The Blues Summit With Roy Prescott

Hey Blues Fans! Welcome to the Blues Summit! Now in it's 10th year, the Blues Summit airs every Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. The show is brought to you by Newall Interiors of Chocorua.

Many thanks listeners & labels! The Blues Summit Radio Program is growing all the time. Thanks to all of you who love this true American music, 2003 has been officially proclaimed "The Year of the Blues" by the US Congress. The library has crept up to over 2000 albums & CDs.
To all of the listeners! Your support and input have helped me with the search for new & old content. I feel that we are all students of the Blues. As I study and learn more I will continue to pass along the "story". It never fails to amaze me how it all ties together!
To all of the record labels, promoters & Blues publications! I say BRAVO! The large and small labels have one goal in common. Get The Music Out! Sure there's the money thing, but it seems to me that there's a sense of duty by these folks to get the message heard. The Blues magazines and Web sites are chock full of information! It's incredible, the amount of older music that's being re-released, or being released for the first time! I have a real affection for the old, old scratchy stuff. That's where the history is!
And then there's the Musicians! In the time since April 1999, when I took over the reins of the Blues Summit from my mentor Mark Johnson, I've had the opportunity to meet or at least talk to many Blues artists. To this point, I have not had one bad experience. These players are among the most humble and truly appreciative people I have ever been in contact with. From the legends such as B.B. King, to the up and comers like Sean Costello. they have one thing in common. Play The Blues With All Of Their Hearts, EVERYDAY! Their humility and dedication to their craft, is a lesson we could all incorporate into our daily lives! I can't thank the Blues players enough for taking the time out of their Very busy schedules to chat on the air with us folks in a small market in the mountains of New Hampshire. The fans love it. It's a special part of the program.

Sunday Breakfast Show
With Skip Sherman

The Sunday Breakfast Show begins each Sunday at 6AM and features a selection of Big Band, Ballads, Jazz & Swing. This is not your grandfather's nostalgia show, nor is it a college course for credit. The idea is to have fun and lift your spirits. To that end we roam rather freely over the decades, finding the best of jazz and swing and trying not to play any junk.
